1. Return Eligibility
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the highly intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, even if the item is unopened.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2. Parcel Delivery Service
If you report that an item is lost or damaged in transit, but we have confirmed that it was successfully handed over to the courier, we will consider the order as fulfilled and no replacement or refund will be issued.
LeesDeepClub is not responsible for any damage, defects, or loss that occurs after the package has been passed to the courier. All shipping risks are assumed by the customer once the parcel leaves our facility.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the courier directly for further investigation. We are happy to assist but cannot accept liability for the final outcome.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping details — including name, phone number, and delivery address — are correct when placing your order with LeesDeepClub.
LeesDeepClub is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We will not issue refunds or resend items in such cases.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping information before your order is dispatched, please contact us immediately at sales@leesdeepclub.com. We will do our best to correct the issue.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or shows signs of a manufacturing defect before use, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
After our customer service team confirms the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Repair of the product (if applicable);
Replacement with the same or a similar model.
Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
4. Warranty Policy
All items are covered under LeesDeepClub’s price-tiered warranty system:
Vibrators priced over $150 come with a 90-day warranty. You must return the item to us for inspection by our technical team before a replacement can be issued.
Vibrators priced at or under $150 come with a 60-day warranty.
5. Returns Process
Email us at sales@leesdeepclub.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and specific instructions.
All returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method and must be securely packaged.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
